This article is taken from an e-mail I received from one of my friend and I think it is quite interesting and true.
If you worry about what may happens tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice. So WHY WORRY??
How to stay young and happy...
Throw out non-essential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctor worry about them. That is why we pay them.
Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. ( Keep in mind if you are one of those grouches ).
Keep learning, never let the brain get idle cos "AN IDLE MIND IS THE DEVIL'S WORKSHOP
. AND THE DEVIL'S NAME IS ALZHEIMER'S!' Get it???
Enjoy the simple thing. Like going to the market, eating an ice-cream and so on.
Laugh often, long and loud. And if you have friends who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of your free time with them.
Surround yourself with what you love. Whether it's your family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.
Cherish your health: If it's good - preserve it, if it's unstable - improve it, if it's beyond what you can improve - get help.
Don't take guilt trip. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, NOT to where the guilt is.
And the most important thing....TELL THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE THAT YOU LOVE
THEM, AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.
